Front wheel installation requirements:

No less than 100mm between front dropouts (It almost be a common standard)

Advantage of front wheel:

Easier to install without derailleur adjustments, you can use your original freewheel.

Disadvantage of front wheel:

Decreased grip when you ride on steep inclines or in wet condition.

Rear wheel installation requirements:

No less than 135mm between rear dropouts (It almost be a common standard)

Advantage of rear wheel:

Better grip especially when you ride on steep inclines or in wet condition.

Disc brake compatible.

Disadvantage of rear wheel:

Limited to 6/7 speed freewheel. Available freewheels are 1 speed, 5 speed, 6 speed, or 7 speed .

More steps than installation of front wheel.
